I know it’s been a while since you and I last met

The comfort of the fire and the wine is ours to share

And tell me, can you feel it – there’s a sparkle in the air
That says you and I have walked on distant roads
Do you recall the timeless dreams we shared before the Fall
I know there’s been so much for us to learn
Throughout the night, it’s hard to recognize the coming Light
I know deep within our hearts the flame still burns
No matter where the trail has gone, we’ve found a way to thrive
With the past as our protection, and tomorrow as our guide
We don’t know where we’re going, but we’ll know when we’ve arrived
