We have twisted the truth, and forgotten our mission
Mocking the One Whom we claim to adore
How many more wounds must our families suffer

Is our pain and our shadow, projected in fear

When will we turn from the tears and the terror
Isaac and Ishmael, God meant for us to dwell
Sharing a hallowed land promised to Abraham
The flame of our faith is the source that sustains us
Over mountains and deserts, wherever we’ve roamed
This Love in our hearts is the cause that must claim us
Our one true desire - Salaam and Shalom
Let us draw on the strength that our Father has fashioned
Our daughters and sons must be taught to forgive
Let the pathway of Peace be our pride and our passion
